We had a very disappointing experience with customer service. We were directed from the ladies? fitting rooms to the baby section, only to then be told we could not use the fitting rooms there either. The manner in which staff spoke to us felt dismissive and unkind, as though we were an inconvenience. Sadly, this has put us off returning, as we have never experienced such poor service at Zara before.

Prices are expensive but so much variation in clothes which normally you cant find on any other zara stores.

Visited Zara at Knightsbridge station and tbh it was a bit of a letdown. The shop was pretty messy - hard to navigate through the racks. Major issue with signage too - ended up running around 3 floors trying to find a fitting room! Would've been way easier if things were labeled better. Clothes were on point though. Hopefully they sort out the store layout and signage for a better shopping experience.

I had an extremely unpleasant and frankly unacceptable experience at the Zara store across from Harrods on June 29th, 2025, around 5:00 PM.
My girlfriend wanted to try on five dresses, and after waiting more than 20 minutes in line for the fitting rooms upstairs in the women?s section, the staff member in charge at that time refused to let me accompany her. Instead, I was told in a very abrupt and dismissive manner to ?go around the corner and wait downstairs.? This meant there was absolutely no way for my girlfriend to show me the dresses or get my input ? which is a completely reasonable and normal part of shopping together.
When I politely asked whether there was any way I could stay nearby to see the outfits, the staff member responded in an unprofessional, rude, and almost hostile tone. Her attitude was completely out of line and deeply disrespectful. I was left feeling humiliated, unwelcome, and ? quite frankly ? discriminated against.
This is not just poor customer service; it is a clear failure of basic decency and professionalism. I expect this incident to be taken seriously and handled internally. No employee representing a global brand like Zara should treat customers in such a degrading manner. I sincerely hope management takes appropriate disciplinary action, as this type of behavior is entirely unacceptable.

Rude customer service. I was waiting for my friend using the fitting room and I just sat on the stairs which was CLOSED and not in use, hence, I wasn?t blocking any people walking around. But still the sales guy comes to me telling me to stand up and when I said I?m tried I need to sit for few minutes while my friend use the fitting room. The guy called the manager and she came and told me this was the fire exit without any fire exit sign. She asked me to stand up simply because I had black hair and brown skin color. Yes, they are the ones mocking children?s coffins

I had bad experience ! It's awful! It?s the worst experience for ever in all other countries! I travel a lot but never saw it like in London in center of city! the staff is very slow and rude! To stay in the line to pay takes 20 min. Just 1 person works! Other staff don?t work well and if I ask to help they ignore me or they are not in the hall . Today I spent £500 but feel myself as I have to beg workers to sell me that clothes. Just one lady was worked normally . she was the hall each place like assistant and cashier. Other lady in the fitting room was so rude! She ignore me many times to not bring me my size. When I ask to help she looked at me and don?t pay attention. The first I thought she is deaf but after i recognising it was a lazy woman who just don?t want to help and don?t like to work. And she is lost my clothes and even don?t say sorry. I spend 30 min to choose clothes and she lost my items without understanding it?s her fault . we are not in children gardens. its big store with bad service. She is ignored customers and don?t help . i can?t spend money because dont have good fitting size. I'm a woman who wants to spend money and cant . and i don't ask to much, i ask simple. just when I'm in fitting room naked I want someone to bring me my size, and assistance in the store work not good and still my time . I understand Zara it?s not Chanel, but I don?t ask to cook for me dinner or bring coffee, I asked simple things. No one pay attention, staff did what they want and spend time of costumers.

Be aware with pickpockets in this shop, they opened my bag and took all my money, security did nothing and when asked to see cctv the manager said that they can do anything. Also I have some friends that have been stolen in this same shop. I guess the same pickpockets group act in this area everyday.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Zara, all thanks to the menswear manager, Antonio. His behavior was absolutely disgusting ? rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping customers, he acted like we were bothering him. His tone was disrespectful, and he made it very clear he had no interest in assisting anyone.
It?s shocking that someone with such a terrible attitude is in a managerial role. He clearly lacks even the most basic customer service skills. Shopping should not feel this uncomfortable or frustrating.
Zara seriously needs to evaluate who they?re hiring to represent their brand. I?ll definitely think twice before shopping here again
