Excellent service at the Vodafone store on King?s Road, Chelsea. The staff were very helpful and efficient ? they replaced my SIM card in just 5 minutes without any hassle. Special thanks to Emilis for being professional, friendly, and making the whole process so easy.
Highly recommend this store ? a big difference compared to other Vodafone branches.

I have lived in the area 20 years. Noting changes. You lose the will to live. My experience this week was being the store at 3pm. The were no customers and 5 people sitting around going for cigarette breaks etc. enjoying the sun

We went to the shop in Kingsroad Chelsea Vodafone. Lady who talked to us was very dismissive from the beginning. Even when I explained that I relocated to Switzerland and was told by call centre to come personally to verify myself with ID. She asked me if she can type the call centre number on my phone. And I asked if she can say it and I type it myself. She just abruptly left and send another man. Who angrily asked what?s the problem. That she refuses to talk to us. Being aggressive. He started to be so obnoxious and aggressive that I turned on camera to record it. That set him up even more threatening us with court and calling police. My husband told him to call police as he was saying it over and over that he is a manager here and he will take us to the court and call police. Big boy.
Luckily another man came. Who had to told the other guy to leave as he was hoovering over us ranting. The third person managed to help but if that person is the main manager he needs to teach his staff how to behave. Absolute disgrace. They act like animals. Awful branch. Awful people. Awful Vodafone. Will cancel my contract on Monday first.thing. The recruitment team obviously does a poor job selecting any person they can and not giving any training. You can all see the poor raitings of the branch. Will Vodafone do anything about it?
Don?t know the women?s name but the awful, aggressive manager is called RAUL. He needs a training. I was there at 12:30, 24.5.

Was unhappy with my service by Beauty at the Vodafone store today. She was quite abrupt and answered me deceptively on my questions regarding purchase an IPhone 16 Pro Max. I asked her for data regarding rhe insurance policy she made up a number that less than 1% of claims get denied then when I probed further she said she doesn?t know. She also refused to call the insurer to ask for more info I requested as well as left it till the end to say there is a £125-150 excess on any insurance claim ? when I asked for any discount given the £200 delta between Vodafone and Apple she rudely said no and wasn?t interested. I highly Do not reccomend going and speaking with Beauty and this is making me reconsider using Vodafone.

I am a bit in between regarding this place... This store... The salesman was very useful to sell me the upgrade of my contract... However I wanted to pick up a phone from the same store... They had it in stock but would not deliver telling me I had to wait fo the warehouse to deliver mine. So it seems that when you need to buy it's easy but when you want to handle a problem it becomes more complicated...

20 mins wait to see someone for something (change from sim to e-sim) that they don?t allow you to do over the phone. Awful customer service processes even if the people mean well.
