If I could give this store in kings road no stars I would. Very rude and unhelpful person who I spoke to and wish I had his name to name and shame him. Kept telling me to go to or to call Apple. The charge on my bill, which I was queuing, was an item on my Vodafone bill.Just ghastly.They should be recorded how they talk to customers.

Really awful experience. Beginning to think Vodafone shop workers fit the same profile. So patronising two 'advisors' today. Inappropriate jokes. Felt unheard, unappreciated. Felt they thought they had the power to resolve your issue or not. Really unhelpful, patronising. Never again. Felt disgusted with the service provided.

My new phone will not roam when I am overseas... a problem that I did not have on my previous phone with the same contract. My job means I require internet everywhere as is normal these days. I am also on a skiing trip and require roaming in case I get lost.A truly abysmal service by this particular store. I don't wish to tar the entire staff as I only had the misfortune of dealing with one individual with my problem. He immediately fobbed me off to phone 191 and stated that he knew the likely problem and that it could be easily fixed. He seemed pretty unbothered in helping me himself. I did ring the number and they claimed they had identified the problem and fixed it. I had a funny feeling about it and revisited the store, coming across the same man. When I asked for him to check the problem had been fixed, he reassured me without even bothering to look at my phone and behaved like a teenager who doesn't want to be seen with an uncool kid. I fly out to France and have no roaming. In short, my holiday is part ruined because a useless and arrogant individual member of staff fobbed me off and cant be bothered to do his job. Luckily for him I cannot remember his name.

The manager of this branch has the attitude to his customers that wants you to resign the contract and never use Vodafone again. Very upsetting!

Indifferent stuff. I needed help, someone told me to wait ?have a seat here love?. Waited for half an hour, they forgot about me, people who came after me were served before me. I left sad. The problem is, vodafone doesn?t allow you to upgrade on the website. You have to talk to someone on the phone, which becomes too complicated for me. I wanted to speak to someone face to face. This shop was not helpful.There?s an O2 shop across the street..strongly recommend to anyone who?s fed up with voda..

I still do not have access to my account since June 2022. I have been on the phone with Vodafone several times for hours, they said the service team will fix it and I will receive an email. They said it every time. Still nothing.It is not acceptable that I cannot have access to my account. It breaks the contract, and Vodafone is not willing to solve this issue. Worst service ever!
