Every time I go in, I have to remind staff that a cappuccino does not have a gallon of milk jn it. Tedious.
Exorbitant prices too.
Time to go elsewhere.

Not impressed, tried to order the new frozen mango dragon fruit . However they didn?t have any they ran out . It?s way before noon , so there manager needs to do a better job keeping stock.

Definitely my favourite Starbucks in London. Simply because of the plenty of seating options even when it?s busy. It?s fairly spacious and service is quick. Great ambience so it?s perfect for doing some work, also having lovely views of Knightsbridge

Good service and coffee. Nice atmosphere but could have better seating arrangements as it's hard to get privacy. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I made an online order for a drink and a toastie to cut down my time as i was in a rush. When I?ve come into the store I?m still having to wait another ten minutes because they hadn?t heated up the toaster. Makes zero sense.
