The coffee was so hot you burn your hand even with the cup holder. The coffee was also not good at all. I would not go back at all.

I recently visited the Starbucks at Knightsbridge Station and ordered my usual favorite ? the Creams and Cookies Frappuccino. Unfortunately, this time the experience was quite disappointing. The drink tasted more like diluted milk with a few cookie pieces rather than the rich and flavorful Frappuccino I?m used to. It lacked the expected texture and taste, which made it quite unpleasant.
Additionally, the customer service fell short. The staff member, Shruti, who served me, did not offer a warm or welcoming interaction. There was no greeting or smile, and the service felt very reserved and indifferent. It also seemed that she may not have been confident in preparing the drink correctly, given the quality of what was served.
As someone who enjoys Starbucks regularly, this visit was not up to the standard I?ve come to expect, both in terms of product and service.

I am writing to formally complain about my recent experience at your store involving a staff member named Namu. While taking my order, she was engaged in a conversation with another customer in a different language other than English , which made me feel excluded and uncomfortable as if they were talking about me. This was highly unprofessional and on top of that , she didn?t pay proper attention to my order, leading to mistakes. As a customer, I expect respectful and attentive service, not to feel ignored or uncomfortable. I hope this will be addressed appropriately.
