This is my local and one that I visit often to pick up the beans I use at home. It is always clean and tidy and generally well stocked. I have never found the staff rude or not accommodating as some of the reviews suggest but then... customers could be a lot more gentle in their interactions with service providers. They are not serfs! Thank you Jess for a totally perfect leaf on my flat white yesterday (spillage all my own!) ? and for still playing Christmas songs to stave off the January slump a little while longer! ??

Very good coffee and excellent service. It's a pity that after the renovation of the shop, the seats are quite limited, and also they seem too close one to another. A lot of empty space not used. A/C very noisy.

Great as always! Nice location and has a bar with outlets for laptops and cellphones. I don't care however for the awkward stools by the bar facing the street. They're uncomfortable.

There is no way to sit down peacefully there. All the tables are small and the seats are not comfortable. On top of that, £ 5 for a cup of coffee.

Just went in to get a coffee and the guy with the ponytail decided to tie his dirty shoes laces whilst waiting for my milk to steam. Didn?t even bother to wash his hands and then touched my cup and my cup lid where my mouth is supposed to drink from. Disgusting and basic hygiene training is needed!
