Used to be the branch I would go to on a regular basis. Not anymore. Staff need training in basic customer service - some are not even familiar with the concept of smiling at customers.

It can be important sometimes to check things over a coffee.

Staff are a mixed bag. Can be very good or very bad depending on who you get. 1 guy can?t actually be bothered to pass you the coffee from the machine. Another acts weird with you at the till. In a nutshell inconsistent service.

Tatiana is the best! I often get my coffee from here and she remembers you and has great energy with all the customers. Also she?s very quick which makes it for a perfect city experience.

Yes we had a good experience when we visited Starbucks. The guy who served us was very friendly and pleasant.

The coffee is burning hot, i know starbucks do not have specialist or trained baristas but is a waste of money to pay £3.4 on a coffee that burns your mouth.

They cannot make simple English tea
For large cup of tea they added 10ml-15ml milk
Colour was awful, no taste of milk no taste of tea

Ordered oat shaken vanilla shake and gave me 2 regular iced lattes instead. a joke. if you dont have it just cancel the order instead of sending me something I never asked for in the first place.
