I have never in my life experienced such atrocious customer service by a man named Joe. He is the rudest and unfriendliest man and should not be working in a customer-facing role. This is also not the first time I have experienced this low-level service from him. I will never return to this store again!

This branch of Rymans is so well organised and staff always so helpful. The best place to shop for stationery etc. They always seem to have what I want, even if it's a little old-fashioned... like Treasury Tags, for example! Thank you to the staff of Rymans Worlds End, Chelsea.
