Had the pleasure to deal with Lea at Brompton, I have to say you truly get to know a store customer service when you do a return. I made an online order and had some items to return. Lea was very helpful, followed up with the delivery helped me arrange the return hassle free and felt genuinly went above and beyond to help. Its refreshing to see and next time Iam ordering I will for sure go to this store first

I love Reiss clothing. However the staff in the Brampton road branch are just downright rude. The most recent incident was today where I went to pick up my order. The woman brought it down. Then shouted to her other colleague asking where the junior Girl was. She then thrust my order to the girl. Walked away and said to the her colleague I need to be upstairs. Not a word said to me. And what did she need her colleague to do. Put my order in a bag. She couldn't even be bothered to do that. Or at least tell me sorry Im needed elsewhere. My colleague will help you. This is just another of many incidents in that store that the staff have been rude. I feel if you don't look a certain way you don't get good service. Or maybe they just don't give good service at all. I hope this isn't the case throughout all Reiss storers. As that's not the kind of place I want to spend my money in.

I went to this shop with my girlfriend during a holiday in London. The restaurant is located in the Knightsbridge area, easily reachable by public transport, along one of the city's shopping streets. The interior is large and offers numerous items of clothing. The staff welcomes customers at the entrance and is available for any questions. The prices, despite the sales, are high and not really within the reach of all budgets.

Manisha ? The store manager? at brompton road criticized my friends outfit and style in a very mean and derogatory way in an attempt to sell her Reiss?s clothes. I?m sorry but is this the strategy Reiss will use to sell their clothes because I am disgusted, why is this woman trying so hard to be a stylist lol her own style was basic and laughable. I will never Shop from Reiss again! Ps her own style is her discounted Reiss clothes so lol.

I do not expect a company like Reiss to hire unprofessional and crass managers like ?Manisha?. She lacks basic manners and has no idea of how customers have to be treated. She gives the company a bad name and now I know why she has bad reviews on here. I have personally seen her mistreating not only her staff but also customers, she clearly doesn?t deserve to lead a store like Reiss and at one of their prime locations. I myself got mistreated by her in the store and for no reason and would suggest the company to replace her if they want to retain their clients. She?s not refined enough to lead a store and because of her this will be my last time buying from Reiss.

Today was my first time I?ve ever shopped in Reiss after receiving a gift voucher for my birthday. I was severed by a gentleman named Joe, who was really accommodating, letting me try on anything I wished in order to find the best purchase to spend my gift voucher on. Thank you Joe for making my purchase enjoyable, you?re a credit to that store.

When I got in, maybe it was time for home. The sales who chose the clothes for me disappeared for long time. She changed to her normal clothes and ready for home. Another one didn't know what I required.....not so comfortable and I decided to go without buying anything.

This is without doubt the best reiss store in London. The lady remembered me from a Yr ago and the staff were so helpful. I don't normally leave reviews but really think this store and its staff deserve it
