NO MORE PRET. cancelled subscription and will not return. ordered hot tea. cup was only filled 3/4. asked to get topped up. should i have to ask ?.. also asked for some hot oat milk on the side. got cold instead !... seating are was too cold. 19 degrees outside but air con was on and after 40 minutes with jacket kept on started to get a runny nose and not feeling good. have experienced this before, spoke with manager who just laughed at me and told me to sit upstairs. today was last straw. plenty of other cafes in area where one can sit in comfort.

Stopped in for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised. The sandwich was fresh, well-balanced, and full of flavor. Simple, but done just right. Sometimes all you need is good ingredients and care in the preparation. The best: Good prices for London. Would definitely come back for another!

I was at Pret in Chelsea and had the pleasure of being served by Tsetsi. In my 7 years living in the UK, I?ve never experienced service like his. I was feeling down, and without me even saying a word, he asked how I was doing. Then, he gave me a bar for free. I asked him why, and he simply said, ?Sometimes a small act of kindness can change someone?s whole day.? It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched me. Thank you, Tsetsi ? your kindness meant more than you know.
