Good location for a quick coffee and to go out shopping again. I grabbed a cappuccino and it was really nice, better than I expected I didn't have food from there but ample seating inside and big bright windows to look outside Brompton road.

This is why I go to Starbucks if I want a run of the mill iced drink. Pret consistency and quality across stores is so uneven. I wanted an iced matcha but they were out. I then got an iced chai which I?ve had many times at Pret and they make it well. When I received it, it was the color of an iced coffee and tasted so bitter as there was way too much chai syrup. The barista looked inexperienced, rushing drinks, and she was the only one there too. Everyone knows that a properly made iced chai latte is lighter in color than an iced coffee. I first went to the barista and asked she add more milk in. I tried to drink it but it was still gross. I didn?t want to make a fuss but I?d paid £4 for this drink and I wasn?t going to accept this quality. So I went back and told her it?s way too strong still, so she makes me one with one pump of the chai syrup. Which is now way TOO light, it was the color of milk. I mean, why am I educating a barista on how to make an iced chai?? I then recognize she has no ability to make a decent chai and just say I?ll have an iced coffee. Then she is super rude to me saying, ?I can?t give away so many free drinks?, which is when I got annoyed and said ?it?s not my fault?. This is ridiculous that I am coaching a barista how to make an iced drink. She is a poor barista. Iced chais I?ve had at other Prets have been delicious with the right proportion of chai-milk. I?d like my money back for this rude service and disgusting drink. Train your baristas properly.

Prices are increasing but food is disappearing! I bought a hot wrap, there was barely anything in it and it was so badly made that it was completely stuck to the package. Either employ better people or have the manager do a better job at checking the food!

Unfortunately, they don't have Arabica coffee, only Robusta. The staff didn't even know there are two types of coffee?????, and they only offer very low-quality coffee.

This is a great little Pret by the Knightsbridge shopping spot and close to V&A and Science museum which we visited afterwards. The staff are friendly and welcoming and it offers hot and cold meals with a wide range of delicious drinks too. It allows for eating in or take away and the dining space is clean and tidy with some window spaces for a great view.
