I went on a trip from Japan.
I was shopping at the nearby Harrods, but the atmosphere made me tired and I was also hungry, so I was looking for a nearby restaurant to satisfy my hunger, and I found it. However,
I'm really glad I chose this place.
It was very delicious, and they helped me with my poor English.
This was already 5 years ago, but thank you very much.

A big thank you to Ramona and her team! We had a pizza-making party for my five-year-old at the weekend. Ramona was amazing! All the children enjoyed making pizza with her. The way we were looked after made this party so special. Thank you again!

I?ve visit the place on Saturday night, although was very busy, service was super good and efficient! Starters, pizza and dessert arrive just on the perfect time. Our waitress was lovely too, her name is Alexa (I think), she was very smiley and attentive and looked after us definitely 5 stars out 5!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ? The staff are all very kindhearted and friendly people, and not to mention the food is to die for! If I were to recommend something specific, it would have to be the Honeycomb Cream Slice. It is essentially a decadent piece of cheesecake with salted caramel pieces in the middle, served with ice cream and chocolate drizzled on the top. If you like cheesecake, you can?t go wrong! Tell your friends, say hi to Francesca, and of course? enjoy :)

Sitting alone here now as my husband and 2 children had to go elsewhere to eat. My pizza was the only edible thing from the order. The kids pasta bologna was stone cold parts were rock hard. Same with my husbands pasta. My sons margarita pasta was disgusting. What a shame as first impressions of the place and staff was nice.

Usually I don?t make my complaints officially but today is a day. While hanging out with friends and wanted to have some coffee and other drinks we came across this place. After making an order we were told we have to order at least starters for each of us ( 4 people) as you can?t just have a coffee here. Even manager came to tell us so, which is ridiculous as some other people can just come for a coffee and dessert.
I mean, we are totally fine to spend our money elsewhere but if you have this minimum order rule then maybe make it official on your menu. And no, place wasn?t packed with customers either.
Maybe this will be helpful for people who just have a mood for a cup of coffee.

The food is always delicious and coming to Pizza Express is always a nostalgic experience for me, but my service yesterday was above and beyond. Though I grew up near this branch, I live in America now and decided to have my final meal here. Anna, who looked after me, could not have been more friendly and welcoming and made my last lunch in London really special.
Dietary restrictions: Asked before my order about any allergies they should be aware of. Also cater to gluten free!

Pizza Express Live with Emma Smith was great. Food and service was good as always. We are from the USA but travel to London frequently. We always plan time for PE Live. Never been disappointed.

Service was great, very friendly staff. However, the prices are ridiculously expensive, almost 70 quid for 3 Margheritas and a juice is a total rip off.
