Good to have the choice of MacDonalds on Kings Road but being in such a prestigious area, it should make it a little more of an effort. The men?s toilets need some investment and it is not acceptable that they run out of hand soap overall because the doors are heavy so people would be grabbing them firmly with not so clean hands and then grabbing their food.
Come on MacDonalds do us proud, £1K to brush up the toilets.

Disgusting toilets. Recycling bins overflowing. Staff sitting outside on their phones and not cleaning the place. Staff with poor English, all that in Chelsea, unbelievable! Shame on you you whoever the owner you are as you deffo are not controlling your business and your staff.

Understaffed and always a long delay buying anything. Mistakes occurring time and time again with items being left out l, and when you point it out to them, No apology just a look you?re giving like you?re the one who made the mistake in prepping the order!!!

Went last night, it was shocking!
Unpleasant staff, above average wait for food then half the order missing. Dirty all around and toilets made me want to heave.
Considering all the bad reviews, why is this place still open?

I was shocked to find mould in the porridge I received from McDonald?s. This is a completely unacceptable and serious health risk. I expected better food safety standards.
I won?t be ordering from this location again.

The McDonald's on King's Road, London is the worst one I've ever been to! It didn't look like they had enough staff. Service was very slow. The tables were very dirty. Every single bin was overflowing that much that they'd been brought out of their secure area. Customers just left their rubbish on the tables as the bins were full. The pièce de résistance was the state of the toilets. The floor was wet and dirty. The actual toilet itself was chipped and looked like it needed to be replaced. I ended up just holding it in. It was that bad! Staff didn't particularly look stressed and didn't look too bothered about the way they handed the food to customers. The self-service machine didn't work properly. I chose the option to sit in...staff gave me a takeaway bag anyway. There was no real care on their faces. It looked like they were just over it. It was really busy as well and we all had to wait some time.
I'm not expecting Michelin Star restaurant service from McDonald's, but this was just appalling.

Ordered food via kiosk, The staff serving the order was very rude and disrespectful by calling out the order by the name instead of order number also said multiple times so loud it can be heard throughout the store
