The Asian man at the checkout with the red jumper is so rude and has an attitude, was my first time dropping off a parcel there and as I got to the counter he just says ?what? with an attitude and not helpful at all.

I was scared to come here based on reviews, but it's perfect for shipping parcels. I came after 6.30pm to send a Relay parcel that was unusually wrapped. The young man at the till was courteous, scanned my code and slapped on a shipping label. 10 seconds of efficient service and I was out the door.

Incredibly rude staff. They offer evri services yet act so annoyed and unhelpful if you try to use the service.Was turned away and told to come back the next day because ?they were no longer accepting parcels? and when I asked why was told ?because we are not.?Witnessed this happen a couple of times with other customers too.

Got an email saying my evri parcel had already been collected though I never went there to collect it. I went there to see if it was there but it wasn't so I would avoid.

They decide to become an evri collection point but refuse to take all parcels when the courier comes to drop them off!! Rude, arrogant, and disgusting shop owners/employees who think only God is above them. This place is a waste of time, should be replaced by a business thats of more use and benefit to King?s road.

I visited the store on Friday evening after attending a concert at the Cadogan Hall.As I was waiting for the bus back home I was thirsty and entered their premises to buy a bottle of water.I was ready to pay, approached the counter and tapped my card ......suddenly I hear "insert it"!Until then no communication was had with the shopkeeper and didn't think he was addressing me; until then he had been talking to a person who sounded like a colleague about their shifts over the festivities.At that stage I said: "what do you mean" and his reply was....."pay and leave"!!!!How on earth am I to accept to be addressed so rudely in a shop where I was buying an item?Why should we all accept this as "normal" because we are scared of reactions?There were other shoppers who shockingly witnessed the episode!To the man ....you are extremely rude and disrespectful! Shame on you!And to the shop owner ...teach manners and some basic customers service manner to your employees...Neither there nor anywhere else in London should we accept to be treated so disrespectfully.The council should be notified of such episode and withdrwa their licenceShame on you!

Visiting this store as part of the Key Nest collection service has been nothing short of a nightmare, primarily due to the extreme rudeness of the staff.- The technical issues with keys being marked as "in use" on the app when they're physically present in-store is one thing, but the real problem starts with the staff's uncooperative attitude. Instead of helping or attempting to understand the issue, I was instructed to call Key Nest directly, even when their own system advised them to do so.- Their overall demeanor is unacceptably hostile. In a simple request to rescan the fobs to possibly rectify a glitch, I was met with not just resistance but outright aggression. One staff member even made the wildly inappropriate insinuation that I might be on drugs for making such a suggestion.- A glance at this store's Google reviews, and it becomes clear that my experience isn't an isolated incident. The majority of reviews are 1-star, echoing sentiments of poor service and horrendous staff behavior.I can't stress enough how jarring the rudeness at this store is. Potential customers and Key Nest users, beware. Unless there are dramatic changes in staff behavior, I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere for your needs.

4 Oct 23 - Evri service is great. I arrived as the Evri man (van parked outside) was filling his sacks. Another store person was rushing thru people's drop offs so the parcels could make the pickup. Great. I've dropped off loads of Evri packages here and all arrived. -- The shop has a bus stop right outside the door which makes it even more handy for me. (11,22,19,49,328 routes) Yeah, I'm a bus geek.
