Following the reviews I was somewhat cautious going into this store. Looking for proper attire for an upcoming Wedding, I stumbled across this store in which the staff lived up to the high stature of LK Bennett. I was welcomed with a warm smile from Rebecca, who helped chose the perfect outfit. Would highly recommend ??

If I can give it less than one star then I will. The male till assistant was awfully rude and full of attitude. The store clearly sold me an old dress (which I hadn?t realised as I didn?t even open the packaging before taking it back!). The man at the till first tried to convince me I bought the dress on promotion and The promotion is going to be finished soon, upon my insistence on returning the dress, he then examined the dress and said there?s no label on the dress?! I told him it was sold to me like this and he said the staff never sell things without a label - a big fat lie as the girl who sold me the dress took another dress to scan at the time. I then described to him and asked him to find the girl who sold the dress to me, he looked ant me in a manner full of prejudice and said ohh la la I didn?t say I?m not going to refund you? I walked out of the shop feeling a fly had just landed in my foodAvoid this store and buy online! Plenty Other shops with decent customer service on the kings road Sadly lK Bennett had closed so many stores and nice people that used to work there.

Update your website or stay open to the advertised time. Visited this evening at 7:15pm for the store to be closed and sign outside saying shut at 7pm. Poor.

Awful experience! The shop is selling worn stuff to people! We bought a women dress and when we saw it at home there were 4, 5 holes in the dress! This is definitely a dress worn and returned and the shop didn?t care at all not to sell a worn dress to another customer! It seems the only thing they care about is to sell their stuff in any condition it is and get money! No dignity at all! Disgusting! We have flown home and we cannot return this second hand dress anymore!

Staffs are nice and they have some lovely dresses. I would suggest getting clothes in store rather than online, because unlike most other retailers they charge postage for return which I didn?t realise before ordering from online, I?ll stick to store shopping in the future, at least it?s much easier to try on before buying.
