“For a decent charity store, their secondhand section is too small.However, their main focus is raising money for charity, and hence they sell their own products. Some made my charities in other countries, like the one that produces their Christmas decoration.I found the animal hangers, greeting cards and also the felt rainbow hanger, very charming.If I had more money, my Christmas tree would sport those kinds of hangers, not the boring stuff.Why? You can do good AND be stylish/unique at the same time!”

Ohab, the manager, Alan, Almaz, Monika and Sayed were all fantastic - friendly and professional and attentive to customer needs. They would really do their best to help look out for products and provide any good solutions if there are no alternatives at the store. My 3yo son also loves to shop with me there because the staff was also very friendly to him and he was excited to talk to them every time, besides children's trolley being available. I can't fault both stores wonderful staff in both store I would highly recommend these store.My problems is with the online service I could not return my item for another size I had to go to two store because the on line service said the next size was in 4 store I could not buy the next size and after going personally to two store that said the item was there well it was not. A complete waste of my time. I had to get a refund and let's call it a day. I am not going to bother with on line anymore. I have cancelled the app on my phone I just take my chance in the stores fantastic fabulous staff”
