Absolutely loved my visit to Caffè Nero on Brompton Road! The coffee was rich and full of flavor?with options to choose your strength, which I really appreciated. The cozy, inviting vibe makes it a perfect spot to relax, read, or get some journaling done. Staff were super friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. Location is spot-on, just steps from Harrods, and the quality definitely matches the price. My drink was amazing, the service top-notch, and the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. A hidden gem for coffee lovers in the city! ?????

amazing atmosphere and friendly staff but many tables are not cleaned, the clean ones are stained and the sofas are stained and dont look appealing to sit in, for a cafe in knightsbridge i think there should be better upkeep

Caffè Nero was okay?pretty much what you?d expect from a coffee chain. The coffee and pastries were decent, nothing particularly memorable, but it did the job. What made the visit pleasant was the staff?friendly, helpful, and made the atmosphere a bit warmer. Fine for a quick stop, but not a go-to for something special.

I shopped Brompton road store last Saturday and ordered a drink. The service was so good and the young staff were nice to answer my questions. And the drink was amazing!

Visited the coffee shop today between 12:00-13:00 and I was amazed by the skills of the barista. He needs a raise, so fast, so polite and professional.
Kudos to people who are 100% dedicated at the workplace.

I had the misfortune to be served by a young man, who was flippant from the start. Though I pointed out to him that the table we were sitting at was dirty, nevertheless, I offered to clean it myself if he was to give me a cloth/ napkin. He said he'd come later to clean it, which he did but we were almost finished by then with our breakfast. Before leaving the shop, I wanted to use the toilet but after struggling to open the door with the code given to me, I asked for his help. Again, he was very flippant, and though eventually came to help me, when he opened the toilet door, he looked at me with contempt, like I was an idiot for not being able to do this myself. It was an awful experience given I was a paying customer and to be treated like this in return was very disappointing. On top of that, the toilet was incredibly dirty and had absolutely no soap.
