Queues are ridiculous at any given time and they prioritise returns over sales- was moved from one queue to go to the kids one as I was told by a staff member in the main section there was no customers over there. Still ended up waiting in that queue for ages due to returns... It?s always like this.however black ladies in kids were really efficient and got me in and out. I used to work in Bromley and it?s always stupidly long queues

I went to the store to pick up and online order and was spoken down to by every member of staff who all tried to pass me on to someone else. The manager would not give me the time of day despite me politely asking where to go to pick up my order. The store wasn?t even busy but the customer service was absolutely appalling. I never write reviews but I was left feeling so badly after going into the store that I felt I had to. The manager, needs a serious lesson in customer service, I have worked in retail and I understand it is stressful but there was no reason for the attitude she had towards me for simply asking where to pick up an order.

Vile staff, went in for a refund on a VISUALLY FAULTY item to be told it?s not faulty! The hook has come off the top so it can?t be buttoned!!!!! I will be taking this further as I want my faulty item refunded!! Staff are so unhelpful and so rude! Zara sort your staff out and they need more training! Bromley Zara staff = rude and need more training on customer service
I also asked for the managers name to which they refused! I wasnt asking for their national insurance number just wanted to know their name so I know who to aim this complaint at!

The staff are friendly and helpful, the range is pretty good although not as wide as some larger Zara stores e.g. Battersea for obvious reasons. Other than that a a clean store and pleasant shopping experience.

The manager Amanda was absolutely excellent, she was so helpful when my sister and I were looking for a set. The other staff were also really helpful and approachable. Really great Zara, I often come to this one in particular for good range and helpfulness of staff!

The customer service is abysmal , I have never come across anything of the sort at any other zara store. A young lady fainted right in front , no member of staff assisted. Instead , they continued on, not only that you are faced with stone faced till staff who cannot even greet a customer. AVOID BROMLEY ZARA AT ALL COSTS !!

Witnessed a lady who i presume is a manager antagonising a member of staff regarding her uniform. Very distasteful to do it in front of a customer and it made both I and the member of staff incredibly uncomfortable. She insisted she should go home and was incredibly rude about it. Not pleasant at all.
