I had an appointment with ( Sweety) I was very early and it was so hot, I was so great full that she was good enough to see me earlier. A very nice young lady, she kept making sure that I was happy with everything, and she put me at ease. Well done.

Open hours are a joke how do you expect anyone that works to be able to make it to the branch? Not open at all on weekends, half 2 close up most the time during the week its ridiculous do you only care about your OAP customers? Also staff at this branch are unhelpful and act like they don't want to be there.

Always polite but opening hours are ridiculous.Longer hours were not advertised and no Saturday opening . If you have a job, as many do, this is just not helpful. Since Covid this appears to be an excuse.

Trying to get through on the phone, head office helpful, but Bromley branch do not appear to want to answer the phone, been trying for n hour and a quarter now, all I want is to invest but will probably go elsewhere

Branch not open on a Saturday,closes at 2.30pm in the week. Not convenient for those working or studying full time. Shameful.
