Great selection of food available, but you have to be careful which, and how many, plates you pick up. Four of us visited and the total came to roughly £130. Thankfully had a discount voucher which reduced that by a 3rd.
It's a good experience but not one I'll do too often.

This place used be ok but not really now. Food was not great service was slow and depending where you sit you can?t tell what?s in the bowls and you can tell as you could never get a seat but now you can easy get a seat so a lot of people must think the same

Went to Bromley Yo Sushi for the first time, usually use the Bluewater one (which is great btw). When trying to order the Mon-Thurs from 5pm Osaka menu deal of a main/side and drink for £12.95, we were told by the server that ?they don?t do that here?, upon questioning why, we were given no real reason and told we could not use that offer. It is adverted both online and on the menu on the tables in the actual restaurant itself. We asked to speak to the manager, who took quite some time to come over to us. When she did, she told us that the original server was a trainee and didn?t know. She took our orders, but had to show us the Osaka menu on her phone as she didn?t have the actual paper menus like other branches. She also seemed unsure about the offer herself and was clearly not familiar with it. Having spoken to friends who have also used this branch, we have discovered that everyone has been told that they do not do this offer here by different servers.
Would be interesting to know if Yo Sushi are aware that their Bromley branch are false advertising and not honouring their offers?
Other than that the food was tasty! :)

We had the most fantastic sushi making evening
Adam was a fantastic host, we learnt so much and we all had a fantastic evening as a family

Usually love this place but since they removed ordering online, service is slow and chefs don?t wear gloves when handling food as I saw a chef handle my vegan food and chicken with bare hands

I used to go here often but last few visits were really bad. They gave my food to another table and just left me hanging, I asked about it after 35 minutes, they said it's still being prepared which I knew it was a lie. I asked for them to cancel the order then they bring me a quick made dish I still refused it and asked for it to be taken off the bill. They did this and told me that they make a mistake and gave my food to someone esle. I was upset that they didn't tell me the truth and chose to loe to my face. While I was waiting, I gave the waitress the miso soup to get a refill, that never arrived until the end which I paid for, I left hangry.

Only one high chair, so we were turned away after queuing to get in. Pathetic for a large family-orientated restaurant in the middle of a busy shopping area.

This joint? Let's just say it didn't quite hit the spot for me. Seriously, it's so hyped up, but the grub? Meh. And hey, if you're in the food biz, your crew's gotta be on top of their hygiene game. We nearly lost our appetites when a certain staff member unleashed a dragon breath attack on us. Plus, those carousel dishes? Wallet wincers, for sure. Our jaw hit the floor when we saw the bill - a whopping £101 and zero wow factor. Nope, not making a return trip there anytime soon!

Waited to be seated for over 5 mins at the unattended welcome desk, made eye contact with four members of staff yet none of them bothered to come over or even acknowledge me. Went elsewhere for dinner in the end

The food was nice as usual however I'm not a fan of Yo Sushi taking away the ability to order from your phone. The service was extremely slow and even when we asked to order we got tutted at and sighed. The man also walked off mid order and didn't come back. Not once were we asked if we would like to order anything else or for any drinks. I used to love coming here but this experience has left my partner and I doubtful of returning unfortunately.

Have left me with no food tonight when I'm pregnant and exhausted and ordered delivery because I can't get to the shops to be able to get dinner in. On the phone claim there's nothing they can do and this is just a risk you take when ordering delivery. So I'm just writing to warn others in case you also spend a considerable amount of money (which they've kept) and then end up with no food and no customer service. Order and spend your money at the risk of getting nothing.
