Not so busy now that they have many different ways to post your items. I was even able to sit in a corner to write up and sort out all the post I had to send. They should have a few more seating areas so we are able to write up and sort out before we post. Well done WHSmith Bromley

Has widw range of stationery, literature, magazines, newspapers, confectionery and drinks, good post office there. Expensive for what you get, but do do offers and products are good quality.

Wh Smith has the local post office located in the top level of the shop. This can get very busy at times so be warned. You can also exchange money before you travel. Some currencys my need preordering but will usually come in within the week and they will not charge you to order it.

I usually get good service here. Only issue is twice ive had the same 2 members of staff chatting aeay behind the till whilst i or someone else has been waiting to be served. Shop layput is good. Place is usually clean and everything is easily accessable.

I think it's a nice store . Had what I wanted and a good choice of reading books. Nice layout. Very clean and tidy. And the sale is very good bagged my a bargain.
