It was okay. I didn't like the dark winter colours in sparkly, sequins and velvety dresses that is in fashion this winter. I prefer pastel and vibrant colours to brighten up my winter days.

I recently purchased some lovely items in the Bromley store and I had fantastic service from Maya, Carolina and Nikky. Maia advised me appropriately, working with me to make sure I chose the right items for my shape and spent time with me, making me feel like a valued customer. Carolina and Nikky were also great and made me feel equally as welcome. I?m looking forward to visiting the store once again, very soon.

I had a little bit of time between zoom calls today to return some items I purchased online. What was meant to be a quick dash to the store turned out to be an extremely lengthy process. First the sales assistant run off in the middle of processing the refund to serve another customer, rather than letting them know that she was already helping someone, then she laughed at my company name which is most certainly not any funnier then ?whistles? for a clothes shop. Then she did not know how to process the refunds and we had to wait for the manager, who was apparently next door (at Ted Baker?) and was taking a while to come back. When the manager finally showed up, she proceeded to ask me all the same questions that her colleague already asked. Super frustrating experience. She apologies for all that, that?s why 3 stars and not 1.

I have always loved this shop but the clothes in the last couple of years are boring and dreary.
