Really bad system for collecting Turkeys. Had to wait over 30 mins. Lots of staff standing around doing nothing.

Ordered online, had email confirmation and pick up slot , went to store and after lady unable to find my order, another lady came to check it's whereabouts . Then a man came and said my delivery items were out of stock and " sorry about that' in a whatever voice. I asked whey I had not been told to save me having to get to store and he said that I should have got an email .... My suggestion is to ask staff in this position to actually care that Waitrose has let you down and not delivered

Today we have bought some cockles and when cooking them they were dead and stinky. We have checked the packaging date on the lable and it was one week ago. I am absolutely apalled that product is sold when it is clearly not freshed at all and probably not even safe to be consumed. Won't be buying at their fishmonger again.

Very poor staff attitude with click and collect. Manager Jena was not at all helpful. Perhaps some training might help her.

In Bromley South. Avocado on toast ok. Americano coffee worst I?ve had in ages - weak and watery. QR code not working. Disappointing and service wasn?t friendly either. We were the only customers so not busy. Definitely won?t be back.

I have been coming to this store for years and it was always great.But is has really gone downhill these past few months. Every time I go there are empty shelves in every aisle. This has happened every week and today the store was practically empty and it was during the lunch hour when it used to be at its busiest.The fish counter only had a few pieces of fish with an eat before date of today which is ridiculous. The store was like a ghost town. They really need to sort this branch out as I can see it becoming a Lidl before long.

Good for certain items that aren?t sold in other supermarkets, but very expensive, lovely offer of a free coffee (when machines not out of order) after any shop but outside tables are filthy with litter everywhere so I couldn?t sit outside.

All the team are wonderful especially Stuart ??? but I?ve no idea why the lady branch manager is so arrogant and unprofessional to say the least!That missing one star was hers.She clearly doesn?t care at all about customers and has a well rehearsed , pretend I care response.??
