Don't bother ordering for delivery. Basically no sauce on the katsu, no pickles on the salad. Ramen had hardly any broth. Steak in the terriyaki soba was so over cooked and tough. Just not what you expect from wagamama. Really disappointed for how much money we spent.

On Saturday (22/2/25) we took our 2 very young granddaughters for lunch at Wagamama Bromley. They both really enjoyed their visit, as did we. The service was friendly and attentive, the food as delicious as ever, and the atmosphere buzzing (it was lunchtime). A special shoutout to our server, Rion, who looked after us. Our grandkids were very impressed, as were we. We?ll definitely be back!

Tasteless ramen with no texture.

God awful. Rude staff that were playing around with each-other instead of serving us. We've been waiting for 20 mins for our plates to be taken away, and we're only one of the two tables in here. Actual joke

The service from Izzy (Isabella) was top tear! Best waiter I have ever had in my life THABK you for making my weekend just that little bit brighter.
The food was also delicious and the atmosphere was magnificent ?

Will never order takeaway from here again!!! Never received my drink. All the shops are closed and after phoning them they just don't care!!! Useless!!! Plus for £14 the chicken katsu curry is the size of a child's dinner!!! Never again!
