Massive thank you to Ali and Abdul for being incredibly helpful in the store a few days ago. I came in to upgrade my phone and Ali made it a very smooth and easy process. However when I got home I had some issues with iCloud and getting my Whatsapp chats onto my new phone. I went into the shop the next day, even though I thought it might be an Apple issue and I may have needed to go to the Apple store instead. Ali and Abdul worked out the issue and explained to me very clearly what I needed to do and spent over half an hour trying to resolve the problem. I was so worried about losing my chats and their help is hugely appreciated!

We had a straightforward and friendly experience at the Bromley store, there were 3 of us wanting upgrades and transfer to Vodafone. The member of staff that helped was called Faysal and he was great.
This hasn't always been my experience in this store so I wanted to share.

Had the misfortune of thinking I could drop off my trade-in at my local store?only to be met with the most stuck-up and rude assistant I?ve ever encountered. I explained that I was there to drop off my trade-in, and she immediately replied with, ?Well, you probably won?t be able to.? When I mentioned that the email I received clearly said I could, she got visibly annoyed.
She then asked, ?Is it a Vodafone trade-in?? in the most patronising tone, and when I asked her what she meant, she just repeated the question with even more attitude. I?m not a Vodafone employee?I don?t know their internal procedures. I was simply following the instructions in the email.
She then snapped, ?You don?t need to take that tone with me,? even though she?d been rude from the moment I sat at her table. Obviously I was taking up time from her making a commission sale. At that point, I stormed out. Absolutely awful customer service. Avoid this place if you can.

Customer service rule 1: Don't blame the customer! I accompanied an elderly relative who had been sold the wrong type of phone credit on a previous visit. First the assistant said that because my relative had not given some arcane technical data about the phone, she couldn't give a refund, When I explained that someone in her 80s would be unlikely to know this special term and would expect the shop assistants to know what to sell her, the assistant said "It's not my fault!". Yes, those were her actual words. I managed to get her to change the data to the correct kind, albeit with a few snide comments. The shop wasn't at all busy but I was made to feel like a special favour was being done for me. I've given 2 stars rather than 1 as I have had good service in another branch of Vodafone but this was just lousy.

Been here twice now with my partner and our two Guide Dogs with our last visit on 2nd June 2024.
We walked into the shop on both occasions and were not approached at all by staff members who were not busy.
The video I?ve attached evidences how quiet the store was and we took the video having just come out of the store at the Glades in Bromley.
I?d say we were obvious in that we would have at least received an acknowledgment and asked if we needed any help. But, you?d expect that regardless of what type of customer you are right?

Not helpful at all! They don't know the way to work and i don't know who employed them when they don't know their jobs.
To say sorry doesn't sort out the problem.
Extremely terrible experience

Tale of Frustration: The Abysmal Customer Service at Vodafone Bromley
In an era where seamless communication is crucial for personal and professional success, reliable internet and mobile services are indispensable. For an executive like myself, whose job depends heavily on consistent connectivity, these services are not just utilities but lifelines. My recent experience with the Vodafone store in Bromley, however, turned out to be a harrowing ordeal, marked by repeated mistakes, abysmal customer service, and a complete lack of accountability. This review details the frustrating and distressing journey I endured, which serves as a stark warning for anyone considering Vodafone for their broadband and mobile needs.
The saga began with what should have been a straightforward task: ordering broadband and mobile services for my home. As an executive, I made sure to clearly communicate my needs to the representative at the Vodafone Bromley store. The process, however, was bungled from the start. The store executive, evidently preoccupied with his personal phone, made a series of critical errors. He first mishandled the order, leading to its cancellation. On reordering, he repeated the same mistakes, resulting in yet another cancellation.
These blunders left me without internet access for an extended period, severely impacting my ability to work from home. Missing deadlines, unable to participate in crucial meetings, and struggling with disrupted communications became my daily reality. Despite the clear urgency of my situation, there was no reassurance or support from Vodafone. No senior staff intervened to correct the mistakes or offer any form of compensation for the inconvenience caused.

The service extremely bad. I just wanted to get a contract and nobody didn't explain what exactly need for that.

Terrible service - salesperson shouted at us so loudly that other customers turned their head to see what was going on. The manager Abdul was extremely rude, and insisted on starting an argument with me and making personal insults even when I tried to urge him to stop arguing and get on with the job that we had paid for.For good measure, they also lied about an additional £25 charge that was sprung on us AFTER we had signed the contract.DO NOT VISIT
