Asked how long the wait was for our appointment and we were told they?re running on time, ended up waiting 20 mins before we were seen. No one helped us look for frames and the staff were not particularly friendly. The member of staff who was particularly not helpful was wearing a face mask which was difficult to hear her through.

After a really long and noisy wait I was seen by a lovely optician. The staff were helpful and had clearly had a stressful day but the ambiance of the waiting area was not pleasant. The display of the glasses look good but the ones in drawers were difficult to access and close after.

I was having issues with an order for contact lenses I had placed back in July and even though they have only just arrived, I would still like to say a massive thank you to Richard for helping me through all of this! They made sure I was still able to pick up alternative contact lenses whilst they looked into this for me and assisted me throughly with this ?

Khutika a lovely lady at the Bromley Vision Express store, helped me out choosing some new glasses - although the she had lost her voice, but she was very helpful, she gave me advice and a discount on the new pair and then passed me into a colleague to finish the order. Both were extremely warm and professional!

I?ve been a loyal customer of Vision Express for 9 years, but my recent experience was very disappointing. I placed an order for new prescription glasses on the 2nd of August and paid £200 just for the frames (not including the lenses). I was told it would take around 2 weeks. When I went to collect them, I was informed they weren?t ready because the frames weren?t in stock ? something I wasn?t notified about until I chased it up myself.
Instead of a solution, I was told a new order had to be placed, meaning I now have to wait another 2 weeks on top of the original wait. After nearly a decade of trusting Vision Express, I expected better communication, reliability, and service.
This whole situation has been very frustrating and has shaken my confidence in continuing with them in the future.

The store was busy with clients and staff. I enjoyed the perusing of glasses in peace. A wide selection of frames. I was given a number of extra options for my glasses, blue light, anti scratch etc. The payment, a credit agreement was a painless experience. It left me with money in my pocket for which was unexpected. Experienced and friendly staff.
