Overcrowded, outdated , underfunded and bad staff.
Cleaning staff are just useless, receptionist rude. My wife complained about a man who’s always not wearing a tshirt and leaves sweat all over every machines he uses, the staff said that wasn’t an issue.
Decided to move to David Lloyd recently and it is so much better.
Was paying £102 at this spa and it just felt like a blast from the past, no investment or improvement in absolutely years and really is not worth the price.

There seems to be a new trend of 1 particular person training and walking about with his top of twice in 2 days which I find irritating and a little unhygienic as he's using all the benches and machinery so I went down stairs to ask one of the senior staff if this was allowed and to my surprise I was told yes unfortunately... read full comment
Our Bromley gym and health club has it all - from a cycling studio and a gym floor packed with state-of-the-art equipment, to a relaxing spa and a creche for the little ones. Stop off at one of our fitness classes, from Dance to BodyPump. We're located on the leafy outskirts of Bromley, where our members say this is more of a country club than a gym.
