I am always looking forward for the Gelato Milkshare, everytime it is superb - however last night, I had the lousiest milkshake from there. Probably it depends who makes it. but I was disappointed this time

Im mum of two beautiful little girls one is 3 years old and other one 1 year old im regular customer, my 3 years old love this place we go there at least 3 times a week. Some of the staff are friendly but some others they serve you like you had a fight with them earlier!!! BUT yesterday ( Thursday 29 August 2024) my daughter was about to finish her icecream my 1 year old start crying and screaming because she saw her sister still having the icecream but not her as alllll kids in the universe one of the staff shouuut at me rudely telling me ( i can?t hear the customer vey louuuud?) with rudeness and agressiveness i let my daughter to finish her icecream before i left i let her know that she?s not allowed to talk to me or about my baby like that and i will not accept it next time? i asked about her name they said that her name is martina i don?t know if its true but i will wait for the responsible of this company to contact me regarding this matter because its not acceptable what she does i dont want an apology from her this kind of person need other job definitely not to be in contact with customers at all!! My 3 years old was asking me all the way home and when she went to bed why the lady shout at us mummy are we naughty!!!!!!

Amaaaaazing, I loved it. I had pistachio and Bolognia (apparently has alcohol in it) best decision I have ever done... I just hated that I ate it too fast. The cone was nice as well. They were very nice and friendly, I tried the coconut flavour too and it was delicious!

Five stars for the gelato, two for the service. On one of the hottest days of the year, only one person serving behind the counter, the other staff member wiping the kitchen surfaces, seemingly oblivious to the queue of people baking in the sunshine. Another error: the ice cream flavours are not displayed on a board outside, meaning it takes much longer for people to decide once they reach the top of the queue. Today it was 27 degrees and the freezers weren?t coping, the ice cream more like soft-serve than gelato. In addition, the cups are so small they can barely fit in three flavours, the ice cream piled so high it started dripping immediately and almost collapsed/fell on the floor.

Wow this is easily in the top 3 Gelato places in London. The ice cream is so nice, rich, creamy and flavorful. Queues can be long but it is worth the wait and sometimes you get people asking for tasters and dilly dallying which makes it longer.

The staff are lovely, but may be serve customers first especially when there is a queue and wipe the tables/ rearrange when you are closing!

The staff are super friendly and helpful in recommendations. The gelatos are so delicious. If you want a treat for breakfast have a flat white with a pistachio croissant! You won?t regret it. Freshly baked every single morning they are outstanding!
