Almost nothing in this hotel worked properly... A room for two people is actually a double bed with an extra bed. Room cards deactivated themselves several times a day. Most of the service was nice, but there were also ladies who didn't even want to approach the guy at the reception from the back... There was no shampoo or hairdryer in the bathrooms, and the flush was broken. There was cappuccino from the machine in the morning, but... No milk :) Confusion with payment for breakfast and... many others.

This hotel is the worst place ever in Bromley, there was bed bugs and not good shower flow as well. We checked out after 3 hours, staff is super rude and not helpful.

London is a huge city so if you are not driving and relying on cabs and transit, this location is quite far from the heathrow Airport and quite costly for cabs. If you don't need a fridge microwave or telephone this hotel is perfect. The staff is great friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very clean an safe. I enjoyed my stay very much. All amenities are within walking distance.

Lovely staff and great service and clean and welcoming hotel... julienne the reception lady was extremely helpful made conversation with me and made me feel at ease.. when I got stuck with my booking she was extremely helpful
