Disgusting I wouldn't bother again the Yorkshire was cold the meat was cold the waitress was run off her feet and started to get a little rude two chefs down and lacking waitresses also would not recomend this toby
Went their this morning with my daughter and grandchildren they decided to charge 99p for a 10 month old baby that doesn't even eat meals as yet absolutely disgusted to hear that the 99p was to use their bowl

First time here on Sunday and it was much better than I expected. The plentiful staff are exceptionally friendly everywhere. I thought the food was a good standard and variety and was enjoyable.
The interior is subdued and not too noisy.

Wonderful staff, but the food was gross. The roast beef was very fatty and as for the veg Selection was a joke.

Service very slow. Elderly disabled man with waler was drooling all over the vegetables as he was trying to dish up. Not fault of Toby Carvery. His family were there and should have done this for him. People have to take from same dishes. Very unhygienic. We were put off our food entirely. Very unhygienic.

Didn't get chance to taste the food as we walked into reception and the lady there had the most shocking attitude going, we walked out and went to the beckenham branch instead

Came in last Tuesday with my family, was served by this lovely girl named Madi at the bar. I am not overly social but interacting with her made it that much better. Only rated down on atmosphere due to personal preference

How bad is this ?
I paid today for the large carvery meal and asked for the Turkey, the chef said he can't give me the turkey on display with the other meats as it had been there since yesterday. I said turkey is my favourite and I would like the turkey as is it. They cheff said no, the lady at the till said THERE WAS A HEALTH AND SAFETY RUSK AND I CANT HAVE THAT TURKEY...... Now, after ADMITTING THE TURKEY ON DISPLAY, RIGHT NEXT TO THE OTHER MEATS AND ALL THE VEGETABLES WAS A HEALTH RISK, I demand the manager be sacked and replaced immediately.... my photos are on their way to Bromley Council..... let's see what they have to say about the dreadfull risk to health and safety...... this Toby has to close straight away!
I got my refund .... see photo, how disgracefully I have been treated, and how many are infected because of this ADMITTED HEALTH RISK ???

Very loud and couldn't concentrate on eating. The food was delicious but got cold in a few minutes.

The food was lovely however the service was really unprofessional from a young women named Abby, white skin with red long hair in a ponytail. she was rude, lack of service and huffing when asked for a spoon and sugar, had to ask 3 times and then finally they would come 15 minutes later. She added 4 extra drinks on top of the bill and refused to take them off but eventually she did with a big sigh. She then admitted to bitching about us to the table opposite. Overall she ruined our experience as we usually have a nice time. Will not be returning!
