Low-quality defective items, be mindful what you get and inspect it thoroughly as they make returns hard and contrary to most other stores exchanges cannot be done after 28 days.

Angry African woman behind the till ruined my experience. I have purchased 4 jumpers and wanted to return 2. My receipt was clearly showing the items however this rude and petty foreign woman behind the next till was dismissive, rude and arrogant with a petty smirk on her face when she told me that i did not pay for the items and that 1 of the jumpers was never given to me for free ?! She continued to tell Me that she knows what she is doing and that i am wrong ? With the receipt in my hand ?! That clearly shows my items that i paid for ?! Disgusting!! Luckily her manager was able to sort the refund for me as she was clearly knowledgeable, experienced and polite. Whilst i was leaving i could still hear this strange woman shouting nonsense. Honestly why is she working there ?
