I went in to have my sim replaced as my old sim had failed. My passport had expired and they refused to replace it even though I had the bank card that the account was paid out of. I have been without a phone for a week now. Absolutely shocking service.

Absolutely appalling company! Not had dealings with the store in Bromley - yet as no one is answering the phone - but trying to contact someone on the website to talk about broadband cancellation is near on impossible. No one answer a phone The wait on chat is appallingly long. None of the links on the email received work!!
