Visited today with my youngest daughter who wanted her ears pierced. Absolutely lovely lady who pierced her ears, distracted her the whole time talking with her and trying to keep her mind off of it as she was nervous. Clearly very good with children. Not impressed, walk ins only which isn't convenient but I made the time and went. Told to come back in 15 minutes when I did I waited another 20 minutes before I was seen. Someone else went in before me, at the time I was told to come back, I didn't see them before, could have been an appointment but still. The girl who... read full comment
