The layout is awful, three different sets of checkouts but no clear queuing system meaning people are often getting into arguments with each other and the staff. Sort it out!!

Open from 6am to 11pm,The staff is helpful. They do serve croissants and donuts.You can't go wrong with Tesco mealsDoesn't have parking as it's right next to the station and bus stop.It has self serving tills and regular tills

I like going to the local Tesco- Express they have essential products needed for everyday, it is accessible for wheel- chair users' has seif checkout, regular-checkout where the member of staff helps you.

Awful. Lots of processed junk food. Lots of confectionery. Lots of soft drinks. Lots of alcohol. More resembling of an off-licence rather than a supermarket. Small, horrible, claustrophobic layout. Difficult to move around. It was recently closed for refurbishment and it looks exactly the same - there isn't a single difference. Bad value for money. Strange security guard always hovering around the entrance. Can't go inside without being harassed by beggars.

Very rude staff, including the Manager (JR) I spent almost 10 minutes of my time waiting for someone to make me the 25% offer( for 3 or more bottles )that they had displayed in front of the Prosecco that I wanted to buy and after 10 minutes of waiting he said that the staff put that wrong and he can?t do the discount, which is not possible after I been waiting for 10 minutes. This is outrageous. Just go to a different store, don?t lose your time there.

Typical Tesco express really. Terrible layout. Usually one member of staff on till, security multitasking between trying to stop the constant flow of theives and assisting everyone on self service and another member of staff usually blocking an aisle with a roller cage right in the middle of the evening peak. They were recently closed for "store improvements" but it still looks exactly the same as it did before with the exception of the floor looking cleaner. Staff recruitment required here I would say Tesco.

Just okay experience as a store. Not the friendliest bunch of staff either. Many times I?ve found fresh foods and other goods being displayed on the isles (not the reduced one) even though it?s passed it?s best before date. So just check the dates when you buy from this store.

Hello Tesco express Bromley high street, I have tried calling your store but will not connect, can you help me? I was shopping earlier today, my Primark bag of new clothes got soaked and ultimately all ended up on the pavement, I ran in to your store and bought 2 carrier bags and threw the sodden Primark bag into one of your bins at the self service it, unfortunately still contained a short grey kilt like skirt, if you see this, would you save it for me, I will return tomorrow. Thank you.
