Most of the time really reliable but on the odd occasion something off happensI bought frozen food and i didnt realise the giant gash on the inside of the foodI only realised when i was about to start eating and it was too lateI knew I couldn?t get a refund so there was no point in going back up thereNow my microwave is a mess and i have to clean it up because my curry had a gash in the side

Fresh sandwiches are never put out until all the old ones go so theyre never fresh either soggy and tasteless or dry as a bone. I mean these sandwiches taste HIDEOUS.There constantly seems to be trolleys down the isles and staff are not exactly what id call welcoming.

Really unwelcoming! I had an situation where I was late for work and one of there cold coffee fell on me and they was really aggressive about it I have a video on social media of one of the guys following me to my house and shouting abuse at me!

I really like the staff, and the product range. I really enjoy having loads of choice of random and sometimes niche things...alongside all the basics. Their conduct during the pandemic was spot on with the traffic lights etc, unlike the co-op down the road. The parking is rubbish though.
