Came into the iTech store in Bromley dubious about having my phone repaired by a company which wasn't apple as i had heard so many bad things online. I was greeted by Asif who within 2mins of talking to him had me sold into having a repair carried out by them and in under 30mins as i was in a rush. The technician Ronaldo was very professional and had my device back up and running within about 15mins with a screen protector fitted and a new case and i was on my way. I have not had any problems and they also gave me a 12month warranty. Very very happy. Highly recommended. If i could give more than 5 stars then i definitely would. I have now found my go to repair shop which also cover other repairs so my laptop will be coming to you soon too. Amazing service. Thanks a million :)

After my Samsung S10 Lite screen died on me, I visited my service provider to be told there was nothing I could do to get the information off of it. Leaving there we passed iTech so I popped in and asked them the question. The answer was of course, will be a couple of hours. FAB! They transferred everything off the dead phone to my new phone, including all my precious photos. The dead phone was then wiped and I left the store one very happy lady! ?

Excellent customer service from Ashley, I had a problem with my Canon camera power supply plug, although it has nothing to do with a mobile, he went the extra mile for me to get it fixed in no time at all. Now I can Film my podcasts in peace. Thank you ITech.

Sunday, extremely busy, end of day, and just two staff members. Friendly and helpful. Doesn't overcharge. Really quick fix times for phone screens. Good service in general!
