I try to avoid shopping at this Superdrug as most of the interactions I?ve had with the staff have been awful?. So bad in fact that I felt compelled to write this review. For one, I wouldn?t bother sending an online order to this store for click & collect. I spent ages trying to locate a member of staff who could help me, was passed around three different staff members? then waited ages for someone to appear with my order. I felt like a lemon just standing around waiting.
Staff on tills couldn?t care less. One lady who served me just seemed to stare into the middle distance for a few minutes whilst she was serving me. Utterly bizarre, it was almost comical!! When will this store bring in self service tills?!?? Please!!
Don?t get me started on the layout of the shop. It?s very cramped. Also has an odd extra long aisle in the middle?.cant cut through, so have to walk the full length! Whole store just needs a complete refurb. When queuing to pay, it?s very awkward as you can?t see around the corner where the perfume counter is to see if a staff member is free, and so they have to call out. Ugh just a horrid experience.
Only reason why I do go here is that some items are cheaper than Boots. That?s it!

I had such a great experience with Natalie the perfume advisor. She was incredibly patient and gave me all the time I needed to decide which fragrance suited me best.
Her recommendations were spot on each one smelled amazing and matched my style perfectly. You can tell she really knows her stuff, from the most popular perfumes to the ones that sell out quickly. Highly recommend her if you?re looking for someone who truly understands fragrance and gives honest opinion, thank you so much!

Cashier called Edna is so rude, no greeting on approach even though i kindly said hello , took the money from my hand and said nothing , no thankyou or anything. She needs to better her attitude and perhaps be a happier person :)

Served by a lovely young lady today at Bromley store named Odesa. So helpful and patient helping me to select a new perfume. Listened to what I wanted, when there wasn't a tester available, I went with her recommendation and she made a perfect choice, thank you so much!

On 12.07.2024 I went to this shop and the kew queue was a bit unclear for me, because in one part is for Fragrance and the other is for other staff from the shop.I attended to the cashier and one guy (Ali) Asian culture was extremely rude, I said to him sorry but I?m the first time on this shop and he said that (Are you for the first time in the UK ?? ,be careful next time,)he act like he owns that place, very rude ,disrespectful and unprofessional.I suggest that he has to control his language and actions because customer service comes first, I didn?t kill nobody because the queue was unclear to me.

Was yelled at by staff to not spray the body sprays to smell them. Selected 2 of the ones I was going to purchase (yes without smelling them) and went to look around the store. Another member of staff chased after me to ask me not to walk around the store with the products I was buying. (He was nice though). Left the store purchasing 2 random smelling body sprays. How are you meant to choose a body spray you like if you aren?t allowed to smell them? Just a stupid store policy. Could have been spoken to more nicely.
