Not happy at all, only one staff doing all sorts of jobs, cleaning, serving and getting food ready for Uber and deliveries. There is no customer services . I am very upset went today, no smile by stafbhe was under pressure as he has got online orders. He didn't change the glove have seen him doing the order for Uber wat and he touched becon . I am allergic and I asked him to pls changed glover but he already has touched my bread.. he didn't even pay attention. Not listening at all. I wanted to dine in so he just gave me sandwich in beg asked him for tray was thrown a dirty green small tray .not happy ..owner of the franchise need to pay attention or convert this to take away shop.. worse service and worse quality food will not go to this branch. I advise y.all don't trust anyone here how they are preparing food and dirty environment

Can't give more than 1, unfortunately the italian cheese and herbs bread was too dry and i could not eat half of the bread because of that. However the old lady was ok, but paying 7.90for a footlong and get that kind of bread i m sorry i should have come back to give me money back but i was on the way home and too hungry. I don't recommend this shop. Thanks !

Received a bottle of water with mouse droppings on. Can even see the scratches on the bottle from the mice. Disgusting.

We had a cup of tea and a cup of coffee. It was fine. Staff were good. And had a small snack. We needed the hot drink as it was raining heavily. It was handy to stop there for a short time.

Absolutely terrible service. The woman apparently in charge was so disgustingly rude to younger staff members and they were all arguing with eachother. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever and was made to feel a nuisance. Will never ever go

I asked for a footlong of 1 style subway. After it was made i was asked if i wanted it with cheese and toasted. I requested just half of my sandwich be toasted as I wanted to eat the other half later and put it in the fridge. The "manager" put these through the till as 2 different 6 inch subs which cost way more than the footlong.I have never had this experience at any other subway store. Very rude and unprofessional.Asked if I could speak to the manager all I got was "eh I am de manager"... Oookay keep it then. ?

Very rude staff .very disrespectfull staff.Very dirty scratching their arms using same dirty hands for food .Didn't change gloves.Then top of that putt wrong sauce in .Very disappointed ? I will never go back ?
