I attended 5 minutes ago, I come to this subway every day for my salad.
The girl that was working tonight started to make my salad, she put 3 bits of pepper I asked for a couple more she sighed!
She then put 2 bits of cucumber! I asked for 1 more and I was told I?m asking for too much! I?m sorry but if your charging £7 for a salad I want more then 2 bits of cucumber!
Lost a sale and a customer! I won?t be returning!

I ordered nachos and it came a whole mess. Barely any cheese or salsa and jalapenos. I was basically just eating chips. I ordered from catford subway and it was way better.

Ordered Saturday night. They didn't deliver my 6inch breakfast sub. So now I have no dinner. Also my granddaughter ordered steak wrap and it was dripping out the bottom with fat. Tried to ring them twice but not answering the phone. Disgraceful.

Downham subway asked for a meatball sub and they put 6 meatball in the 12 i asked if that was right she said yes and this is wrong couldnt be bother to fight the women should be retrain if a costumer know their menu better than staff

Fast service. Good staff friendly staff. Short queues. Only negative is not many seats to sit inside as it is located inside a post office so space is a premium.

Waited for food to arrive and the order is wrong. Instead of correcting their mistake they simply refund the cost of the wrong item which is just leaving someone hungry. To order, wait and pay the service fees again is not acceptable. Won?t be ordering again. Not good service at all.

Always get good service here and never had to wait longer than a few minutes. Staff are very friendly and take much better care of putting together the subs than other nearby stores.

The man told me I must wait 10mins so that he & the other staff can do the delivery orders. One of them could of stopped to do walk ins as a customer who?s actually left their home to come in. Not impressed & won?t be going back
