This is seriously the best salon I have ever been to. I have been a client here 1 year and the service is exceptional. Aj and Gem make you feel so comfortable and truly show care and affectionate when carrying out services. I had had a manicure, pedicure, lash extension and lash lift. They have taken their time in during all services and make every client feel like part or the family. Thanks for always going the extra mile ??

Amazing!! I had a brows lift and eyelashes done, the girls were both so lovely and welcoming, very professional and created a great atmosphere. Over the years I have used plenty of salons but this is by far my favourite. Highly highly recommend to all. Thanks for making me feel a million dollars.

I?ve been going to Stonewalk for a year or so, I?ve had several gel manis, pedis and a couple of facials. Can?t recommend the place enough, the girls are so friendly, always do a lovely job and it?s clean and welcoming. It?s also really well priced! I?m lucky it?s local!

I never usually write reviews but I?m so taken back by how I've was treated especially when I was never unkind to the staff. I?m not a vindictive person but they were so out of orderHow can you take someone?s money and not help them if they?re not happy with the turn out.I wasn?t rude or disrespectful or angry with them at all. I?m a genuine person who loves people but I feel like I?ve been treated wrongly- like I was nothing and it was my first time here as a brand new customer.Maybe it was a bad day for the staff but that?s no excuse. I am a business owner of a shop myself so I do get how it can be stressful, but I also know the importance customer service.I was completely given the run around on this day and a staff member lied to my face in front of who I think was her manager.One of the staff did my lashes, it was ok but I wasn?t happy with them and I kindly asked her if I could come back 10mins for her to fill them in a little bit more. (It?s my first time here and I wasn?t used to the way they looked) I didnt mind paying extra and I was polite about it. She told me YES ?not a problem? she can do it. It was one thing getting the run around for about 2 hrs between 3-4 discussions on the phone to discuss when they could slot me in - but the PART that really got me is when I turned up and she told me she can?t fill in my lashes because she?s already compressed it.After getting the run around for 2 hrs and then telling me she?s compressed I thought (she?s lying) she did my lashes so why would she tell me on the phone she can do it - but then when I turn up say she can?t - THIS MAKES NO SENSE. She basically didn?t want to do it and was hoping to give me the run around - Why lie.THEN she started to change her story and lied and said she didn?t say anything to me. Totally gaslighting. Tried to make me out to be a liar after we had been on the phone for so long.Why tell me I can come in to get them sorted and then lie and say you can?t because you?ve compressed them and say you never told me that.That was one thing - but it was also their attitude and ora.The other staff was very offish and passive aggressive towards me. I was spoken to in a condescending way.The rudeness in their tone and body language made me feel upset and i didn?t deserve that treatment at all.Because it?s so local to me I decided maybe it was just a bad day I?ll give them another chance. But I didn?t even get to the appointment. Instead a very rude and unprofessional message was left on my mobile phone as a voice message - Unbelievable and so unprofessional. Very childish behaviour.This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. And I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Had a full body wax my esthetician was so so lovely and professional the owners were just so kind the place was clean and beautiful. My wax was clean and smooth I would highly recommend and they are reasonable priced
