Carried out a full service on my mini countryman on the 14th March (NS02ZAC).I was greeted as soon as I walked in and offerred a coffee, then sat down with a rep. 10/10 for the first impressions. The gentlemen on the counter confirmed my app, and said even though i made all the selections via the website for the service, you have to also do a vehicle check (CBS worth 70 GBP). At that point, like other dealers, i would expect a full report on the status and condition of my car similar to other dealers like battery/belts etc given my car was also 10 yr olds (47K miles).Jason (not the gentlemen who booked me in) was my point of contact, was very pleasant and was great to speak to and walked me out to the car as well at the end. 10/10 for his service attitude.My reason for the rating and still waiting to hear back from MINI, is that i recieved no report/no discussion about anything to do with this check. (pls note the VHC is complimentary video so this is not the same). I queried it twice at the centre and my questions were just bypassed so i understood that this is just a way of making money and not right. Its the principle that counts, i dont care about 70 GBP. So do visit, but be firm on not selecting this option or ask upfront in writing for some report or record on what will or has been checked so you know something was actually done. I did the while you wait service which took 2 hrs so 10/10 on that front however clearly there was nothing else done about the CBS vehicle check which i could have benefitted from given the age of my car. A refund would be the right thing to do!!

THANK YOU to all the team at Stephen James for the wonderful experience today having my car serviced with you.In all the years of car servicing I can honestly say that this was a unique experience from the moment of arrival to my departure I was treated with care and professionalism.
