Very bad service

Good meeting place for a coffee and a bite to eat with a large seating area upstairs. However, when you have a pushchair or (mobility issues) the space in the small ground floor area is limited with no lift to carry you to the upstairs seating space.
Parking: The Glades multistory carpark is very nearby
Kid-friendliness: Limited ground floor seating with a staircase to the large seating area
Wheelchair accessibility: Limited ground floor seating

I was in the line this morning and MIA was serving a couple and a disabled young man she was not smiling and had a ?I don?t want to serve you? attitude, then the order was wrong and she blames the customer when she could have moved on corrected her mistake. This made me feel very uncomfortable watching the way she spoke to them.
I hope Mia is smiling and greets her customers with a more how can I help attitude, next time.

Came here and grabbed a quick coffee to go, was very fast and easy to place the order and coke t to go they also have an outside bar inside eating areas with plenty of space.

Worse experience at Starbucks today. I ordered one large coffee and dessert at around 15:45 and no one said anything about early closing. I went upstairs to do my research whilst enjoying my coffee only to find out 15 mins later that they are closing early. The staff said we?re closing early today due to staffing issues and i want to go home early. I just find it so unprofessional since they were expected to close at 7pm on a weekday. I do not recommend this branch.

I visited here with a friend for coffee and cake. The cake was very nice as was the coffee.
We chose the pecan and maple muffin and the chocolate caramel shortbread.
The upstairs seating is a very nice area and a lovely place to sit and catch up with a friend.
The only downside is the layout of the downstairs area the counter is awkwardly positioned to queue and wait for your order as there isn?t much room.
However a I had a nice catch up with my friend here.

I have placed my last 2 orders as coffee. But they are returning them as milk. In other words, they only give milk and they keep making this mistake.

I went to this Starbucks with the intention to study, as the library closes at 5pm on a weekend and Starbucks is supposedly open until 7:30pm. After paying around £6 for a coffee and settling down, I was told that the upstairs area would be closing at 6pm. This was unhelpful, because there is limited seating downstairs and all of the tables are designed as coffee tables, at low level, making it impossible to type on a laptop/write. There are also only 2/3 inside tables on the lower level, which will potentially be an issue as it gets colder. Also, I can imagine it is frustrating for some since the upstairs area is the only area with a toilet. When I go to an establishment and pay over 5 pounds for a coffee, I expect to be able to use their services such as the tables for working, or the toilet. This is unfortunate because the drink and the service was very good, in my opinion.

If your a person of color stay away guy at the register didn?t wanna serve me, turned his back. Wish there was a Dunkin? Donuts around.

Like some others pointed out, the staff can't be bothered. I looked up their menu screen and found my coffee which seemed to be £2.80, then tried to order it. I got a £3.30 bill, when I pointed out my coffee and its price on the menu, I was told that there is no such thing. Ok if there is no such thing what coffee are you selling me then? It seems they decided what I should drink and how much it should cost me so that they can keep chatting with each other. I left without ordering anything.

Very unprofessional ppl there. I was there today and I will never go back. Upstairs area was closed and outside chairs were taken to inside almost two hours before the closing time!!! It is like telling you, you aren?t welcome here!!! #Starbucks do you check these shops closing times!

Fast and absolutely friendly employees. Drinks and snacks as you know them ;) were prepared quickly. The seating area continues upstairs on the first floor and there are sockets for charging if you want to stay longer.
Can't understand the negative reviews here.

Absolutely abysmal staff and they are so useless they always get the drinks wrong. Wrong size drinks and didn?t follow any of our instructions. That?s your job!! It?s a very easy job too, to get a drinks order messed up at Starbucks is another level. They also close earlier than the advertised times.
