Good meeting place for a coffee and a bite to eat with a large seating area upstairs. However, when you have a pushchair or (mobility issues) the space in the small ground floor area is limited with no lift to carry you to the upstairs seating space.

I was in the line this morning and MIA was serving a couple and a disabled young man she was not smiling and had a “I don’t want to serve you” attitude, then the order was wrong and she blames the customer when she could have moved on corrected her mistake.
