Merdol, the owners and staff all have collective, warm and outgoing personalities. The dentist surgery has a special energy about it which makes for a great place to work and to be in and around. I carried out some photography work for Shmile and found everyone extremely hospitable, polite and decent people to engage with. I cannot recommend Shmile highly enough as everyone there goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and very welcome. Merdol and his team really embrace the importance of connecting with people and are a great addition to Bromley High Street. I look forward to using their dental services in the coming weeks as this cannot be avoided for too much longer ?

Great experience from my consultation to my mock up appointment to my composite bonding procedure. Dr Ishmael is such a lovely guy and Merdel at reception is a darling! I would recommend SHMILE Dentist to everyone, they are great!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a dentist who provided exceptional service. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who made me feel comfortable and at ease. The waiting area was clean and inviting, and I didn't have to wait long before being called in for my appointment.Ismail was highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the procedures to me in detail. They listened attentively to my concerns and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. I'm not one to usually leave a review, but I had such an amazing experience at Shmile with Dr. Ismail I just had to!I had a back molar that previously had a root canal done on it years ago somewhere else and was just filled with a temporary filling. I sort of put off getting a crown done because they are so expensive (a few months before I found Shmile I was quoted £850 from a different dentist), but then one day the whole front of the filling cracked off!I went to see Dr. Ismail in Bromley to see what could be done and whether I could do a payment plan etc for the the crown, but he advised me that unfortunately, the tooth was too decayed and it would be better to just remove it. He was completely right because the sides were barely there anymore and the tooth was so soft it was now crumbling, the crown would have hardly lasted, but he was so honest and just wanted me to have the best long-term outcome. He could have easily taken hundreds of pounds off me for a crown (like a different dentist was going to) but he knew this wouldn't have been what was best for me as it wouldn't have lasted long.So I opted to have it taken out. I honestly felt no pain, even though the tooth ended up being quite complicated to remove as it was so decayed and broken it kept breaking so was hard to pull out. I ended up having it surgically removed with stitches, I didn't feel anything and it all healed beautifully. The aftercare was amazing, I ended up getting the dreaded dry socket, think I had a shisha a bit too early... Which is so horrible, and there is nothing that can be done. But Ismail was so supportive and told me to come in any time for dressings, which helped me with the pain so much.So to conclude I can not recommend Shmile and Dr. Ismail enough! They are so friendly, it's super clean, they are great at what they do, and something somewhat rare to find nowadays, they put your best interests first and are super honest. Their prices are always very reasonable!

Very happy with my dental bonding on my front 6 teeth - Dr Ismail and the whole Shmile team looked after me and in around 2 hours my old bonding was removed, new put on and my confidence to smile was renewed! And all done at a great price.

Amazing hygiene appointment! I hadn't had an Airflow hygiene before, but Dr Damla explained the procedure and also put a blue dye on my teeth, which showed up the plaque which I wasn't brushing off. The process was quite intense and wet but well worth it. Thanks again Dr Damla.

I really don't write reviews but the Shmile (y) team were so wonderful that I just wanted to say thank you. I hadn't been to the dentist for a number of years as my local NHS practice closed. So I had a checkup and then a 'jet-wash' hygiene for my teeth. My teeth feel super-fresh and wonderful. Thank you Dr Damla and Sydney. The interior of the place is also modern with some lovely artwork, unlike any dental practice I have been to! The whole experience was easy and stressfree.
