What an appalling petrol station. The till operator was unable to work the till correctly, necessitating a double trek across the forecourt. That would be fine, but no apology was made, and the young man was borderline rude in his ineptitude. There are enough petrol stations in this part of Bromley, so I'm glad I no longer need to use this one. My advice is to make sure you get a paper receipt here, you can't trust the staff.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SHELL HAS REPLIED BY LINKING TO A CHATBOT FACILITY THAT DOES NOT LET CUSTOMERS COMPLAIN, AS THIS IS NOT A GIVEN OPTION. It would seem that Shell wish to look like they take complaints seriously in a public forum, but in reality, they do not want to know about customer experience. A very disappointing response .

Filled up my van the other night, it was just over 3/4s empty. Receipt said that I?d put in 70.3 litres. My van can only take 70 litres! Didn?t notice until I got home & looked at receipt.

Absolutely shocking behaviour from Lingam. I have been a regular customer at this gas station for the last 4 years. This man is indecent and rude. Shuts the station down at least an hour early and is inhuman in his attitude. The owners need to rethink about Lingam and decide if they want to keep on losing their customers. I have raised an official complaint with Shell and I am waiting for their response.

The worst place I have ever been they don't care about customers it's the second time they push me out when they close at eleven. They don't close at eleven. It's not close yet and they don't want me to buy stuff
I said to him I just need one thing and is 5 min left can I get it? obviously no he sent me to another one but why?
Why are these kinds of people still working obviously the owners don't care at all about their customers because I have checked the reviews and it's been years. So pls then close the petrol.

I had a very disappointing experience with Lingam, who works at the Shell station. I arrived with my motorcycle to fill up at pump number 7, but he refused to activate it and insisted I move to pump 8. This made no sense, as switching pumps wouldn?t prevent anyone from leaving without paying, if that?s what he was concerned about. He even seemed to imply that I might leave without paying, which was insulting, especially considering I fuel up at this station at least three times a week.
When I shared this with friends, they mentioned having similar experiences and have since stopped going to this location. Including myself, I know of at least five regular customers who no longer use this station due to this employee?s behavior. We also used to spend a lot in the convenience store, so I hope the management realizes the impact of keeping a disrespectful employee like this around. Deplorable attitude from a deplorable employee.

I have been coming here for over 10 years however, the experience last night won't be a good memory. The employee here is extremely lazy and for starters was on the phone whilst in his shift. I went to fill my car up with Shell V Power and the pump would not dispense fuel and would constantly click. I filled with the minimum of 2 litres and proceeded to pay which is when I noticed he was on the phone as when I went to fill up he kept muttering under his breath and head ear pods in.I informed him regarding the pump and that I would be trying another pump on the forecourt. To which I had the same problem. I proceeded to pay and he told me that it wasn't a problem with HIS pumps but my car. So rather than checking the pumps he decided to blameshift.I went up to the BP on Crofton road near Princess Royal hospital and no issues what so ever. To say it was even a problem without even checking the facts and being too lazy to even bother shows that this employee is neglecting and tarnishing the business.

Now that the BP garage across the road has gone to Texaco this petrol station has had to keep competitive.It usually was 2p/litre up on the others but no more. Get the Shell card and fill.

I never ever take the time to leave a review. But I was so impressed this evening with the way the staff were handling the influx of cars. Absolutely brilliant. I had broken down and only had a small Jerry can. £5 of unleaded. But they made this so easy for me to be able to at least get my car back on the road. Bizarrely, a memorable moment for me and my little boy. Thank you.
