Well located in the town centre. The store feels a little tired and it's clear hardly any upkept has been made over the years. Require some urgent improvements to bring it up to date. Increase security would also be welcome, plenty of characters visit the store for free food!

A very good range of chilled food, with a meal deal near the front of store too. Well stocked and tidy.
Edited: on my next visit, the store was definitely not as sharp, with more gaps across ranges.

Terrible shop on so many levels. The toilets were always a disgrace, and now they've closed them completely, a likely move to avoid infecting the local residents with Cholera from said inhumane conditions.
If you enjoy a shopping experience, likened to eating at a Karen's Diner, then this is the shop for you. In no way do they enjoy the niceties of human interaction, preferring the self-isolating practice of ignorance and rudeness.
If, like many of us, we dream of the working on the checkouts, where we can scan a whole weeks shopping ourselves (with no remuneration), after trawling through the unkempt aisles of Sainsbury's Bromley, again, this is the shop for you. The management and staff seem to believe that Sainsbury's is a self-service only establishment, merely displaying their, once operational, tills as a nostalgic look back to the times when customers were appreciated and assisted with their burdensome, filled shopping trollies by a member of staff who remembered how to smile and use the art of conversation and pleasantries to warm your day and dull the tedium of the weekly food shop.
Overall, a very disappointing experience ... although, they do have a car park that is convenient for going to M&S in the Glades ?

This store keeps on moving products around and it makes it hard to find what you are looking for, I do understand this is some marketing technique but very annoying when you can't find what you are looking for. I have also noticed that they keep on removing products also from the shelves have no idea why they do this also. Not a wide choice of some products like other stores

This place just gets worse. Long queues at self service. Not particularly helpful staff, bring back manned tills - far more efficient.
