Both Susan and Jen had went above and beyond to help me today, from the time I?ve called asking for assistance all the way to me coming into the store last minute. I couldn?t ask for anyone better and they didn?t have to do any of the things I was asking for as I was rushing around but they didn?t with a smile on there faces!

Fabulous place if you want to print of a single a4 sheet for £2.85 not double sided and only ONE streak of red writing which you have to stick on yourself coupled with the inconvenience of the printer not working forcing you to email it to them, being labelled as a service shop and but your printer doesn?t work and when it does you overcharge me by a great margin you took advantage and you should be ashamed.

The manager here was beyond helpful and kind. Messed up when ordering my prints and she helped solve it for me despite it being my fault. Will do any large printing orders at this rymans from now on.

If you're looking for poor service, this is the place. I requested photocopies, but the staff member charged me for duplicates. This forced me to double-check that all copies were present and in the correct order. When I pointed out that some copies were incorrect (see attachment), he acted surprised.

Utterly pathetic and non existent ?service? from. Karen type ?manager? who is incapable of not only using her own equipment, but has NEVER EVER heard of customer relations (or indeed being able to hold a conversation in words of more than 1 syllable). So sad that it?s not possible to give ZERO stars?..

A shop that actually answered the phone and you can speak to a real person. Answered my query I came to the shop had a really friendly experience great customer service and got what I needed thank you very much

5 Stars Ryman, if you?re in need of anything they have it here. If the item you?re looking for is not there ask the staff as it sometimes may be in the back. Friendly and polite staff always ask me how I am. Recommend this branch for anyone for stationery.
