I approach the security guard Norbert by the main door to ask for help as I lost my iPhone 15 when I got dropped off by my partner- this very kind and human security guard let me use his mobile phone to call mine and try to locate it. ( My partner had it with him as I left it in the car)What a star and great example of human kindness. Thank you so much!

Just left This shop I noticed a couple of things the staff in the changing room were talking about the customers body odur smh not very professional. The two lady's at the self checkout were lovely brilliant customer service I would like to thank you too ladies because I know its not an easy job expecially in this heat. These two ladies deserve a pay rise primark as they are representing your organisation beautifully. ??

I have phoned the Bromley Primark shop throughout the day on Saturday and from 10.30am to 11.05am today, Sunday, to speak to a customer service person. Each time the call has clicked off after approximately 10 rings. I checked the telephone number on the website which confirmed I was using the correct number. Not one call answered ? I telephoned tje Lakeside Primark shop, the call was answered immediately and the gentleman checked stock for me and advised when more items are planned for delivery. The gentleman advised me to phone on the morning and if the size I need is in stock, it willbe put aside for my collection.
I live in Bromley and am disabled, Bromley Primark would easier for me to travel to, but no one is answering customer service calls ? I'm not impressed with this service. I have checked click and collect but unfortunately the item is not available for click and collect. What is happening Bromley Primark??

Always shop here for my daughter with everything she needs. Sometimes the shop is a bit messy but I always see staff trying to keep things tidy when they can. They obviously can not control every single customer that messes up the displays. Staff have always been friendly and helpful.

I had a $30 voucher. The staff at Primark Bromley South declined it saying they dont accept images and wanted to see an email. Unfortunately there was no email - since the voucher had been provided ONLINE as part of a survey. What a shame.

Helpful staff + you offer a decent variety.
...but the place is a mess!!
? Clothes on the floor,
? Incorrect sizes on hangers,
? Empty shelves for certain items,
? Empty / used fragrance containers, with no complete sets to buy.
? Takeaway boxes and food smears on shelves in-between clothes :-(
It's obviously customers causing the mess ... but it's your job to then deal with sorting it out.
It's really not a pleasant place to shop.
