Got served in a paper cup even though we were sitting in , the door is broke and left open and the last time I went in there was two years ago and the door was broke and still is , the chairs are ripped and the table was swaying, the place looked grubby, the windows were filthy. The tables and chairs are all crammed into such a small place . It?s awful. The staff however are so lovely and helpful.

Good in my experience. Friendly staff, place kept clean, plenty of seating inside, lots of pastry and sandwich/lunch options.

Generally very good food and drink in a calm and clean environment,however one of the staff always dishes up a normal strength latte when I prefer and indeed ask for a weak one! I prefer it out back

Went in with my friend for a catch up,was surprised l was charged £3.80 for dcaf cappuccino which its £1 cheaper in Greggs.

Sorry, there is only 1 star because my daughter didn't get her lunch today. One person ahead of us in queue who was obviously friends with 2 members of staff. We waited while one female member of staff working on the till had a chinwag with her friend. Queue behind us meanwhile. No acknowledgement of anyone waiting just ignored, so we left, baguette still on the counter.

Staff need proper training!!! Rude or disinterested is all on offer! Food and drinks are fresh but the sullen staff and dirty tables most of which are wobbly, have put me off and am thinking about cancelling subscription and going to bread ahead instead ?

Like the vast majority of Pret a Manger shops, there is very little space to eat on site, even if you pay a higher price. In addition to the very limited space for consumption in the premises, even the attention to bathrooms for customers is not a strong point of the administration! As for the food and drink options, everything is wonderful! A great place to buy what to eat and drink, always! As for the staff, they are friendly and helpful depending on the day! At the end of it all, I highly recommend giving it a try and coming back again and again! Thank you!Vegetarian options: There are various options for vegetarians, hot or cold.Dietary restrictions: You can do your planning calmly to follow your dietary regimes.Parking: Paid parking only inside the nearby shopping area.Kid-friendliness: Good for kids but difficult to space.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is possible but the space inside is too limited.

Coffee & food as expected for a chain store.Sorry despite many visits the staff are not as friendly as in others.Sometimes I really feel I am disturbing them asking to be served.I know I only usually visit this store at weekends as its the closest one to my home so it's busy but always leave feeling unwelcome.
