The service was satisfactory; it was prompt and efficient. As for the food, it was acceptable overall, but the toast was slightly overdone, and the Cumberland sausages lacked flavour. Wished the hot chocolate was big but it was ok
Parking: There is parking in the Bromly glaze parking, which you can just walk to the Glaze
Kid-friendliness: The children were delighted when the staff member handed them a colorful coloring book, which instantly captivated their attention. To top it off, they were also treated to a delicious slice of cake, adding an extra layer of excitement to the situation.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a lift in the shopping center, making it easy for everyone to access as all the seats are on one level.

A lovely patisserie, we had a voucher for afternoon tea and it was lovely. All the staff were extremely happy answering helpful. Our cakes and scones were delicious. However I would say the vegetarian sandwiches were a hit and miss there were some better ones out of the selection. Drinks were bottomless which was a bonus! I would definitely recommend visiting.

A lovely patisserie, well priced,clean and tidy with polite staff.The beverages were lovely and the cake even better.I would most definitely recommend Valerie's to friends and family and will visit again soon for more cake myself!! ? ? ? ?

Had a great afternoon tea for two - tasty food and unlimited drink refills. Great value with Groupon voucher. Very friendly staff and plenty of seating on weekday morning.

Recommended stop for those shopping in Bromley and beyond. The desserts are a real delight for the palate. Large and welcoming tea room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Went in today had the a omelette.was given two small omelettes that are pre made and were served at best warm.two slices of cheese and a mushroom were put in the middle.the pot of tea is £3.85 and is very weak .the place is run with kids and a matron.will definitely not be returning .My mother wanted eggs on toast and they said that wasn?t possible you have to order eggs royal and leave the salmon.

They're so called "patisserie" mostly consists of sponge cakes filled with double cream. Poor quality.

Nice cafe with lovely choice of cakes. Some of the chairs reupholstered now which makes the whole place look better. Very nice staff.

We went to the store in Bromley. Arrived at 4.30 and store closes at 6pm. Half of the store is closed, caution signs on top of the tables, chairs in the middle in the shop floors. The assistant wasn?t welcoming at all, she was quite cold and seemed bothered by our arrival. Cakes put together in the same plate, noises of the staff cleaning and tidying. Very unpleasant experience today.
