I had a wax and pedicure with Jade today and the whole experience was really great. It was my first time getting a wax and I was a little nervous about the pain but Jade kept me chatting and distracted the entire time, she was really friendly and welcoming and I felt so comfortable and at ease. The salon is absolutely gorgeous and the treatment results were great. It was a lovely experience and I will definitely be back.

After experiencing painful stiff muscles I decided to go and have a massage with Yuliia. It was the best decision I had taken in a long time.
Yuliia made me feel very welcome, talked me through each stage of my massage and listened very careful to my history of back problems.
The atmosphere was very calming with candle light and soft music and calming scents. Yuliia made sure I was comfortable and relaxed throughout my massage. The tension in my neck and upper back slowly improved and I felt much better. I was given time after the treatment to slowly wake up at my own pace. Furthermore, I was advised on fluid intake and nutrition following the treatment.
It was an overall amazing experience from a very experienced, professional therapist who cares for her clients. I would highly recommend her to family and friends.

Visited for the first time on Friday and how refreshing to see such a beautiful space. Bright and relaxing and I was made to feel like royalty from the moment I stepped through the door. Good old fashioned custom service at its best. So rare to experience these days. Yuliia was my therapist, I was in fantastic hands, such attention to detail. Outstanding service and thank you Yuliia for such high quality finish on my manicure and pedicure.

I recently visited BeautieLAB for a BIAB nail treatment and was thoroughly impressed! The staff, especially Yuliia who done my nails, were incredibly welcoming and professional, making sure every part of the experience was perfect. The salon itself is beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere. My nails look fantastic - I've received so many compliments already! Had a wonderful waxing experience with Renee. She was not only super friendly but really made sure I was comfortable throughout. She was also very thorough so you can tell she really cares about what she does and also her clients. Will definitely be back and im so happy to have found this gem of a beauty spot! We went to have our hair and make up done before my sister?s wedding and the outstanding service and atmosphere set the tone for the whole day.Nothing was too much and the whole team did their utmost to make it the most relaxing, whilst exciting and luxurious time.We were served pastries and Prosecco.
